U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs. EEE is part of a team that has a 2-year contract with the Office of Justice Programs for environmental services. Tasks have included development of instructional materials and instruction at a course on the National Environmental Policy Act and Clean Water Act. The course was attended by over 220 people from 40 different states

Virginia Department of Corrections, throughout Virginia. Under a term contract with the DOC, EEE has developed instructional materials and provided 2 instructors for several courses on environmental issues for correctional facilities. The courses included environmental compliance requirements for USTs/ASTs, statistical methods of leak detection monitoring for USTs, and closure replacement requirements for USTs.
