Example Projects:

Oxon Cove Correctional Facility, Washington DC. Provided environmental studies and local permit support for a $115 million construction project on a brownfields site and within an enterprise zone. Studies included a wetland delineation, installation of landfill gas probes, and monitoring wells, soil boring, and soil, groundwater and landfill gas sampling and analysis. Landfill gas sampling and analysis included methane, hydrogen sulfide, carbon monoxide, non-methane organics, nitrogen and hydrogen, and volatile organic compounds. Soil and groundwater sampling and analysis included TCLP, Appendix I metals, semi-volatile and volatile compounds and total petroleum hydrocarbons.
