Example Projects:

Environmental and Geotechnical Services for Department of Public Works, Caroline County, Virginia. EEE is responsible for providing environmental and geotechnical services as a sub-consultant. Prepared a study in accordance with the Department of Agriculture’s NEPA compliance for a Preliminary Engineering Report for the Dawn Service Area, for approximately 25,000 linear feet of new water and sewer line, two new potable water wells, a new water storage tank, and a new 500,000 gpd wastewater treatment plant. Study included wetlands, soils, historic resources, hazardous materials, and threatened and endangered species. Also completed regulatory permitting for about 30,000 feet of water line along Route 1 that crossed 12 streams and extensive wetlands. Secured wetlands permits for a 12,000 foot force main in Bowling Green, and completed a geotechnical study for expansion of the Pole Cat Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant.
