Chris Swanson Completes Requirements for Engineer in Training

Chris Swanson, staff engineer at the Richmond office of 3e Consulting, recently completed the requirements to be an Engineer in Training (EIT). Chris received his Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from Virginia Tech in 2005.
