Kyle Rottkamp, PG, has joined the Blacksburg office of 3e as a senior project manager. Kyle is a Certified Professional Geologist in the Commonwealth of Virginia (PG #001743) and specializes in the assessment of leaking AST/UST sites under the Virginia Petroleum Storage Tank Program.
