Paul Leeger obtains Qualified Environmental Professional certification
Paul Leeger, staff environmental scientist at the Richmond office of 3e Consulting, has been certified by the Institute of Professional Environmental Practice as a Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP). Paul has been a member of the 3e Richmond office since 2008.
