Ryan Day Completes Certified Hazardous Materials Manager Certification

Ryan Day, staff environmental scientist at the Blacksburg office of 3e Consulting, recently completed the requirements for licensure as a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) through the Institute of Hazardous Materials Management.
