US Army Corps of Engineers Unveils New Pre-Application Request Form

Effective June 17, 2010, the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) - Norfolk District is requiring the use of a new "Pre-Application and/or Jurisdictional Waters Determination Request Form" for all requests for pre-application consultation or jurisdictional determinations.  The new form requires that the landowner provide signatory authority for the USACE to access property.  The form will ensure that the landowner is aware a wetland delineation has been performed and that the USACE will be on the property to field inspect the site.
