D.C. Corrections and Rehabilitation Center, Washington D.C. Assisted with a PUD application for a major development plan in southeastern Washington, which included a 2200-bed correctional facility, a campus for the Washington Technical Institute, and 5 inmate industries program buildings. This work included assistance with the preparation of a zoning application, preparation of a traffic impact report, 6 presentations before the Zoning Commission, computer simulations of the facility, and preparation of an Environmental Impact Report.
