Radford Army Ammunition Plant Open Burning Grounds

3e prepared an innovative program to allow for the continued use of an open burning ground (OBG) at an army munitions production facility. The OBG is an integral part of the production operations at the facility. Off-spec propellant that has metallic inclusions that could potentially damage the on-site hazardous waste incinerator must be burned at the OBG in accordance with the facility’s Air Permit.




Witchduck Road Air Quality Technical Report

3e was responsible for the Air Quality Technical Report for the Environmental Assessment/FONSI for the improvements to Witchduck Road. This is a 2.2 mile roadway improvement project for one of the busiest roads in Virginia Beach.
