Hanover County Professional Services Contract

3e provided technical experts to evaluate the impacts to surface and groundwater from a proposed subdivision. Hanover used this expertise to successfully defend the County against a lawsuit brought by the developer because of a rezoning denial. 3e also provided expert witness services on a lawsuit filed against the new Hanover County 5 mgd wastewater treatment plant for environmental impacts. 3e assisted with the challenge to the Sub Aqueous Bed Permit from the VMRC.

Provided litigation support and expert witness testimony in a jury trial setting. Provided testimony as to the hydrogeologic setting, and contaminant fate and migration.
