Stafford County Groundwater Management Plan, Stafford County, Virginia.

3e assisted the County in the development of a Groundwater Management Draft Ordinance. The ordinance required hydrological evaluations of proposed withdrawals and special use permit conditions for certain land uses within the most vulnerable aquifer recharge zones.




Goochland County Wireless Communication Towers, Goochland Virginia.

Assisted the County in preparing a draft ordinance requiring a special use permit for wireless communications facilities, providing a technical document on the industry, and reviewing and evaluating the impacts of proposed towers and antennas for the County. Also prepared a section of the Comprehensive Plan pertaining to Telecommunications.
