Radford Army Ammunition Plant Site-wide SPCC Plan

3e prepared a comprehensive Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) Plan for the facility. Each of the 132 individual petroleum storage tanks were visually evaluated for compliance with the regulations, catalogued using a standard inspection form geo-referenced and incorporated into a GIS data layer and photographed. The data was compiled into a specific list of requirements to achieve compliance with the regulations. Those requirements were met by the facility and a final certified SPCC Plan was prepared for the entire facility. Also a Virginia State Oil Discharge Contingency (ODC) Plan was prepared for petroleum storage tanks greater than 660-gallons in capacity at the facility based on the data collected. 3e certified the SPCC Plan and mapped and located all ASTs with GPS into a CAD based file.
