Sharon has over 20 years experience in environmental consulting and regulatory compliance. Ms. Harless specializes in Phase 1, II, and III Environmental Site Assessments, RCRA/CERCLA investigations, risk assessments, remediation, hazardous and solid waste compliance and UST/AST Management. She was a former EPA Region III RCRA Project Manager.

Ian Frost

Ian has over 20 years experience in environmental consulting and focuses on activities related to regulatory compliance, water related permitting and Environmental Impact. He has represented the Commonwealth of Virginia on state-wide and regional programs including the Chesapeake Bay Wetlands Mitigation Workgroup, the Groundwater Protection Steering Committee, and the VDOT's Wetland Mitigation Committee. He was invited to provide expert testimony before a U.S. Congressional subcommittee concerning reauthorization of the Clean Water Act and has provided expert witness testimony in U.S. District Court and Circuit Court on environmental compliance. He was an adjunct faculty member at VCU’s Center for Environmental Studies.

Andy  Kassoff

Andy has over 27 years of experience providing government agencies and private groups with the design, implementation and management of a broad range of environmental/ engineering programs. Projects have ranged from environmental impact studies, to groundwater management plans, aquifer test plans, water supply planning, contaminant transport and fate, remediation design, brownfields redevelopment and stormwater related programs. He has managed multidiscipline projects under RCRA, CERCLA, NEPA, and the CWA. He is a registered Professional Geologist (NC and VA) and Professional Engineer (NC and VA) and a LEED Approved Professional. He has provided expert witness testimony on 4 national litigation cases. He has served on several Technical Advisory Committees for the renewal of Virginia State Regulations (Hazardous Waste and Stormwater), and has served as the Chairman of the Blacksburg Stormwater Management Taskforce. He currently is the Managing Principal of the Blacksburg Office, which he opened in July of 2004.

Doug Fraser

Doug has extensive experience with surface-water and ground-water monitoring programs, computer modeling, hydrologic resource evaluations, water quality assessments, design and construction of supply wells and well fields, and hydraulic testing.  He also has extensive experience with assessment of soil and groundwater contamination. His project assignments range from closure and monitoring of landfills, RCRA and CERCLA studies, environmental permitting, remediation assessment and design, and hydrogeologic characterizations.

Chris Lalli

Chris has over 10 years experience in environmental consulting and regulatory compliance. He specializes in regulatory compliance reviews of AST/UST facilities for the development of SPCC Plans, storm water management, Phase I, II, III Environmental Site Assessments, Environmental Impact Reports, environmental compliance audits, risk assessments, investigation of groundwater contamination, groundwater remediation, aquifer testing, UST investigation and remediation. Currently Chris is the Project Manager for the VDOT Hazardous Materials Contract.

John Marling

John has over 25 years experience in NEPA and environmental consulting. He focuses on activities related to NEPA documents, comprehensive and community planning and the siting and environmental impacts of new projects. He headed Virginia’s Local Assistance program and the DEQ’s Office of Environmental Impact Analysis, which evaluated NEPA documents for the state. He served as Chief of Comprehensive and Community Planning in Chesterfield county and Director of Planning and Community development in Caroline County.

Nadine Robertson

Nadine has over 17 years experience in environmental consulting and regulatory compliance.  She focuses on groundwater monitoring, waste and wastewater monitoring, compliance reviews of AST/UST facilities for the development of SPCC Plans, SPCC and ODC Plan preparation and training.  Ms. Robertson has extensive experience in RCRA, UST/AST compliance and environmental compliance audits for state agencies.  She focuses on hazardous materials evaluations, petroleum storage management, NEPA and Environmental Impact Reports and regulatory compliance.

Mr. Swanson focuses on activities related to regulatory compliance, environmental impact studies, water quality, GIS, and petroleum storage and release investigations. He has represented state agencies with permit audits and review.

Carter Teague

Carter has over 10 years experience in natural resource and environmental consulting. Mr. Teague focuses on stream assessment and restoration, wetland and stream permitting, wetlands and habitat assessments. Mr. Teague is an experienced MicroStation operator and has conducted special studies of wetlands and protected species throughout the United States.
