Sharon has over 20 years experience in environmental consulting and regulatory compliance. Ms. Harless specializes in Phase 1, II, and III Environmental Site Assessments, RCRA/CERCLA investigations, risk assessments, remediation, hazardous and solid waste compliance and UST/AST Management. She was a former EPA Region III RCRA Project Manager.

Doug has extensive experience with surface-water and ground-water monitoring programs, computer modeling, hydrologic resource evaluations, water quality assessments, design and construction of supply wells and well fields, and hydraulic testing. He also has extensive experience with assessment of soil and groundwater contamination. His project assignments range from closure and monitoring of landfills, RCRA and CERCLA studies, environmental permitting, remediation assessment and design, and hydrogeologic characterizations.

Chris has over 10 years experience in environmental consulting and regulatory compliance. He specializes in regulatory compliance reviews of AST/UST facilities for the development of SPCC Plans, storm water management, Phase I, II, III Environmental Site Assessments, Environmental Impact Reports, environmental compliance audits, risk assessments, investigation of groundwater contamination, groundwater remediation, aquifer testing, UST investigation and remediation. Currently Chris is the Project Manager for the VDOT Hazardous Materials Contract.

Nadine has over 17 years experience in environmental consulting and regulatory compliance. She focuses on groundwater monitoring, waste and wastewater monitoring, compliance reviews of AST/UST facilities for the development of SPCC Plans, SPCC and ODC Plan preparation and training. Ms. Robertson has extensive experience in RCRA, UST/AST compliance and environmental compliance audits for state agencies. She focuses on hazardous materials evaluations, petroleum storage management, NEPA and Environmental Impact Reports and regulatory compliance.

Chris has over 6 years experience in environmental consulting and water quality management. Responsibilities include technical assistance and project management. Mr. Swanson focuses on activities related to regulatory compliance, environmental impact studies, water quality, GIS, and petroleum storage and release investigations. He has represented state agencies with permit audits and review.
