EEE Consulting, Inc. (3e) is a Virginia small business that specializes in environmental studies, engineering, planning and environmental education. The firm has broad experience working with the private sector, architectural and engineering firms, and local, state and federal government agencies. 3e Consulting has completed projects throughout Virginia, Washington DC, Maryland, Pennsylvania, California, Arizona and Texas. The partners were previously with one of the 10 largest Architectural and Engineering firms in the U.S. and they have developed the project management skills to handle complex and time-sensitive projects. 3e Consulting has adopted total-quality management procedures, including formal quality control/quality assurance controls. We are efficient and have a low overhead structure that makes us competitive and responsive on smaller projects.
