Environmental Impact/NEPA Senior Project Manager.  EEE Consulting, Inc. seeks a senior level manager for our NEPA and EIR projects in Virginia and nationwide for federal and state agencies and private enterprises.  Must have thorough knowledge of and extensive experience (at least 10 years) with NEPA and its associated processes, and the Virginia EIR process.  Candidates must be able to effectively (1) work with clients to facilitate compliance with NEPA and related statutes and authorities; (2) manage agency, public, and client input; (3) analyze the range of potential impacts and mitigation options; (4) communicate effectively in report writing, interaction with other players, and presentations; and (5) develop and manage project budgets and schedules.  A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree is preferred.

Cultural Resources Specialist.  EEE Consulting, Inc. seeks a mid-level cultural resources specialist to work on our projects in Virginia and nationwide for federal and state agencies and private enterprises.  Must have thorough experience (at least 5 years) with and knowledge of the NHPA, particularly Section 106.  Should have solid experience in (1) Phase I – III archeological investigations; (2) architectural investigations and evaluations for the NRHP; and (3) effective coordination with SHPO/THPO.  A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree is preferred.  The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and communication skills and will be motivated and able to work independently.
