Carroll Ellis has joined EEE Consulting, Inc. as an Environmental Scientist. Carroll was previously employed with Dominion Due Diligence Group and holds a both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Environmental Science from Virginia Commonwealth University. Welcome Carroll!

Catherine Fitzgerald, WPIT, environmental scientist at 3e’s Blacksburg office, was approved in July 2015 as a Qualified Biologist by the USFWS to manage the Roanoke logperch, an endangered fish. USFWS required an approved individual who could independently oversee VDOT contractor activities to remain fully compliant with a Biological Opinion and Nationwide Permit 23 issued by federal agencies for this high-profile bridge replacement on State Route 773 in Montgomery County, Virginia.

Robert Wright was recently named a Research Associate at the Ramsey-Freer Herbarium at Lynchburg College, his alma mater, in Lynchburg, Virginia. Robert served as an herbarium assistant until graduation in 1985. Robert has since contributed to the facility by contributions of plant specimens, VA plant distributional records, and other data as reported on the NY Botanical Garden’s Index Herbariorum and Digital Atlas of the VA Flora websites.

EEE Consulting, Inc. and their teaming partners EnviroCheck of Virginia, Inc., Fishburne Drilling, REI Consultants, Inc. and Air, Water & Soil Laboratories were recently re-selected to provide statewide hazardous materials and related services to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) on a 3-Million dollar contract. 3e and its partners have been providing these services to VDOT on subsequent contracts over the past seven years.

EEE Consulting, Inc. along with teaming partners B&B Consultants, Inc., Dutton + Associates, Gray & Pape, Inc. and Debra McClane, Architectural Historian, were selected for a Term Contract for Environmental Services by the Commonwealth of Virginia’s Department of Military Affairs. The services will be provided to Virginia Army National Guard facilities and training sites statewide.
